At HSA Jewelers, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time depends on your location:

Delays can happen due to courier issues or public holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses provided by the customer.
