At HSA Jewelers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items by customer
• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you about approval or rejection
• If approved, refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
• Refund will be sent to your original payment method

Exchange

We also offer exchanges for size or design issues, depending on stock availability.

Shipping Cost

Return shipping cost will be paid by customer unless item is defective or wrong item was sent.
